I weigh this because I love to eat and love to relax. I also love the Sushi House in American Fork. lol.
I want to change this because I do not see myself as this weight. I know that I can be healthier. My father also has diabetes, kidney disease and is on dialysis all at the age of 60. Being healthy has to be a life style and not a hope.
Obstacles -
- what has made you unsuccessful in the past * excuses, health issues etc.
I have lots of reasons for not succeeding in my health. One...its expensive to eat well and work out. I also don't have time. I need to work. I also need sleep. I don't have people to motivate me. I could work out tomorrow. I am too fat to go work out. lol. Should I go on. I have done many diets, but eating is just more fun and less work. :)
Goals -
Be specific - I will not eat any candy this week, or soda etc.

I guess my ideal weight is 230. I really don't care what I weigh as long as I look healthy, feel healthy and can keep up with my kid.
THIS PART IS VERY, VERY important - Write a Paragraph of how you are going to feel and the things you are going to do when you have reached your main goal. VERY IMPORTANT - Dr. Steve Baker could you enlighten us a little on this part. I know you have history in this type of motivational tool
Reaching my goal would leave me knowing myself as successful in all areas of my life. You know those areas that you want to alter,but don't want to do the work...this is that area. When I reach my health goal I will know myself as being able to complete anything I put my mind to. I would be being empowered, present and in love.

Life would be like this.
I would wake up in life knowing my self as successful. I would be working out multiple times per week. Meals would be planned and I would have the body that emulates my power and self expression. I would be able to run 12 miles if I want. go hiking with friends or go mountain biking and not be worried about being left behind. I would Kayak down the Provo river like a PRO. Exercise would be a part of life instead of something to fit into life.
