Nothing shall stop me

Ever wonder if you should work out the morning after having food poisoning? Well, I think you should, but maybe be easy on yourself. That is what I found myself doing. I don't remember the last time I puked, but afterwards I thought about how much weight I must have lost. lol. However, that is not my preferred weight loss method.

Back and legs  today was so much fun. The only thing really missing is our sprinkler pipes to do our pull ups on.

Well, Next week is thanksgiving...so it looks like only two work outs will happen. MMMM...the holidays.
